Our Process

Robert K. Ace Jr. Construction LLC has a well-defined process that will make buying your new home a breeze.

Initial Meetings

  1. Give us a call and talk to one of our highly trained sales representatives.
  2. Go over your wants, needs and preferred location. Discuss your budget and pre-approval.
  • If you aren’t already pre-approved, get prequalified with your choice of one of our several lenders or your lender.
  1. Set up an appointment to meet us in person or virtually.
  2. Choose from our portfolio of homes or have your home custom designed.
  3. Select a home location from our inventory or MLS listing.
  4. Review pricing and specifications for your new home.

Contract Documents

  1. Review and sign the contract documents in person or virtually (via DocuSign)
  2. Review and sign the land agreement in person or virtually (via DocuSign)

Banking/Selections

  1. Work with a mortgage lender to apply for a loan
  2. Submit for permits.
  3. Select the products, colors and finishes for your new home with our Design Coordinator
  4. Your new home loan is closed with the lender and title company

Construction

  1. Construction begins on your new home.
  2. Receive updates and communications from our Construction Team at every step during construction.

Move In

  1. Move into your new RKA home and create a lifetime of memories.
  2. Watch your dreams become reality.
